Payment

Paypal  — it’s reliable, fast, and easy. Paypal accepts credit and debit cards as well as e-checks. If you send an e-check through Paypal please be aware your item will not be shipped until the e-check clears successfully, usually within a 5-10 day period.

If you would like to pay by another method, such as money order or registered check, please state so in an email.

Shipping

• Shipping is charged by weight and region
• No packaging or handling fees
• Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays
• Orders are shipped via airmail internationally and expedited within Canada
• Orders containing liquids must be shipped via surface mail and may take an extra 1-2 weeks to arrive
• We only ship within North America, to the UK and countries within the European Union at this time
• Packaging is recyclable – No plastic bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of most of our products, returns are not accepted unless the wrong item was received – if this has happened email the Botanica right away to work out a speedy resolution.

Refunds will not be issued for items damaged by the post office – I follow Canada Post’s shipping & packaging standards which ensure your items get there safely. However should the worst happen, there are forms so you can file a claim for a refund through your local mail courier.
